Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home. You don't have to provide a thing.
Do you clean homes just once, or do you have to clean long-term?
While most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes every other week or less frequently. Even special occasions.
What time will the team be at my home?
Our service hours are 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. However, if you have a need for a particular time, or are not able to have us arrive too early or too late, be sure to communicate your preference and we will make every effort to meet it.
Is there anything I need to do before cleaning?
It's to your advantage that your home be as picked up and put away as possible. However if you’re having one of those mornings, just realize that the team will work around clutter.
What if something was not cleaned properly?
Simply call within 24 hours. We’ll return for a friendly redo. Satisfaction is always guaranteed. We’d have it no other way!
Do I need to be home during the service?
We dont have a preference. Most customers are not home when we clean. Customers that are not home typically give us a key. That key is kept secured in our office until your day of service. On your service day it is entrusted to your Crew Leader and then it’s returned to the office at the end of the day. Other entry arrangements can be made as well. But keep in mind, Maid 2 Clean charges a $25.00 fee if we arrive and cannot gain entry.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept cash , check , or money order.

What about my pets are they ok to be left out?
We are a pet friendly business. If you are unsure about how your pet might act twords us then it might be a good idea to put them up until they get used to us! New people and a loud vacuum might scare them a bit! Please be sure to go over any special instructions with your home manager prior to your visit!

There is a high turnover in this industry, which goes hand in hand with job dissatisfaction. We want long term relationships with our clients and with our maids. Good relationships require healthy boundaries. The following policy has as much to do with loving our clients as it does with respecting the dignity of our maids: For health and sanitary issues, our maids will not handle any type of human or animal waste, or bodily fluids.
